Optimum Garden Buildings is a family owned and run business. We have been constructing buildings for twenty five years and so have a wealth of experience and efficiency to offer.
We are keen and able to provide the best possible service to our customers at a very reasonable price, always striving to get a “right first time” solution for our projects.
What makes us different to other providers of garden buildings is that we have extremely low overheads which allows us to keep our prices low. The standard of our build in terms of high quality and efficient method also makes Optimum a winning choice.
THE MAIN TEAM
Jeremy Ventham
Having been a qualified Surveyor for the first twelve years of his career Jeremy then started his own building Company in 1996. The Company has grown gradually over the years and established good relationships with other professionals and trades which can be relied upon to make the building process as smooth as possible.
Ben Ventham
Ben began working in the building industry fifteen years ago and obtained a degree in Building ten years ago. Since then he has been gathering knowledge and working more on the site side of the business to make sure the building process runs smoothly.
Sam Ventham
Sam has been working in the building industry for thirteen years and obtained a degree in Business Studies eight years ago. He now does all estimating and orders resources for the jobs to make sure the trades have the correct materials at the right time.
